Owner/Psychotherapist
Evan Griffin is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist operating out of Bethlehem, PA. Evan employs his unique experience, specialized education, and professional skills to help others meet and surpass their potential. Evan received Bachelor's degree's in Philosophy and Theology from Calvin College in Grand Rapids, MI before completing his Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy at Drexel University in Philadelphia, PA. Evan maintains a systems approach to treatment proven to be successful in helping patients resolve personal and interpersonal challenges such as low self-esteem, parenting issues, relationship issues, sex and intimacy issues, anger management, communication difficulties, and problems related to shame. With additional advanced training in Traumatic Stress Studies, Human Development, and Mood Disorders, Evan also specializes in the treatment of PTSD, anxiety, depression, mood dysregulation, oppositional defiance, ADHD, and ASD (including the provision of ASD evaluations). Evan works with children, adolescents, couples, families, and adults, and promotes collaboration with his patients to ensure individualized treatment specific to their personal preference.

Psychotherapist
Monika Deknatel is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience offering counseling to children, adolescents, and adults. With specialized training in treating individuals affected by domestic and sexual violence, she is well-versed in several therapeutic approaches, including Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT). Sessions are always tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual.

Monika upholds core values of autonomy, courage, and accountability. As a trauma-informed provider, she ensures that all clients' choices are respected. Healing, as Monika believes, requires courage and determination, as well as an openness to learning from mistakes. Understanding that traumatic experiences affect each person differently, Monika is committed to helping break generational cycles of trauma through accountability.

In therapy, clients can expect to be treated with kindness and dignity, gain awareness of how emotions are stored in the body, identify and challenge unhelpful thought patterns, and build a sense of safety and security within themselves.

Psychotherapist
Lauren Silva is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with experience providing counseling to individuals, couples, and families ranging from adolescence through retirement. She focuses on trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, interpersonal conflict, life transitions, healthy relationships, survivors of childhood sexual abuse, sexual assault, and domestic violence. She also has experience and expertise in working with borderline personality disorder. Lauren is a welcoming ally to the LGBTQIA+ community and has a background in Sex Therapy.

Lauren is well-versed in multiple therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Attachment Theory, holistic and humanistic approaches, and trauma-informed care. Lauren believes that everyone has the power to change their narrative. The goal is to create a space that feels safe, affirming, and collaborative, where you can show up exactly as you are. She believes that “nothing changes if nothing changes,” and offers a therapeutic space that is both supportive and honest. True healing requires both accountability and acceptance – recognizing what’s within your control while giving yourself grace for what’s not. Lauren’s approach encourages you to show up authentically, take ownership of your growth, and step into your role as the cycle breaker in your story.
